Your privacy is important to us. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you that the mobile application "For the Plot" (the "App") does not collect, store, share, or publish any personal information or user data.

We do not collect any personal data.

• We do not require you to create an account, track your location, or collect your name, email, or any information that identifies you personally.

Anonymous Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to understand how the App is used. This data is fully anonymous and includes:

• Which game modes are played and how often
• Session duration and screen navigation
• General app usage patterns (e.g. time of day, game completion rates)
• A randomly generated session ID (not linked to you or your device)

No user IDs, player names, or personally identifiable information is ever collected or transmitted. We explicitly set the user ID to null and do not enable any user-level identification features.

Push Notifications: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send optional push notifications (e.g. new content updates). If you grant notification permission, a device token is generated by Firebase to deliver notifications. This token is not linked to your identity and is used solely for message delivery. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

3. Local Storage

All game data, including player names and game progress, is stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to any external server or database. If you delete the App, this local data will be permanently removed from your device.

Analytics data is transmitted to Google's Firebase servers and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. No player names or game content is included in analytics data.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Analytics (Google) — for anonymous usage analytics
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — for push notifications

These services may collect a device identifier for the purpose of delivering notifications and aggregating anonymous analytics. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase's data processing terms.

The underlying operating system (iOS) may also collect standard diagnostic data based on your device settings. "For the Plot" does not integrate with any data brokers or advertising networks.
